Showed up for my 9.30 am appointment and no one was in the building, gates all locked or no one answering mobile or landline. Drove 37mins to get here as I stay in vic park. So waste of time and money. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic service

I had a terrifying experience here - the massage therapist ended my massage with an extremely intense karate chopping 'treatment' all over my back and neck. I got up afterwards and was alarmed to find my vision was blurred, so badly blurred that I couldn't read text on my phone screen. It took about an hour to go back to normal and the whole experience was horrible and frightening. I suspect the intensity of the chopping caused this reaction in me. I have had many professional massages before and never had this intense chopping or a reaction of blurred vision.I do not recommend this business.I also recommend the owners discuss their massage techniques with the therapists in line with advice from health professionals so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Went to see Dougie due to neck and shoulder pains. He is extremely professional with high knowledge in his field. He completed dry needling and deep tissue massage to relief me of some extreme pain. Highly recommended to everyone in pain to see Dougie at Ellenbrook Essential Therapies

First time customer booked a massage for my partner only to have it canceled last minute, so I rebooked again and then he canceled last minute again! 2 times booking was canceled with no valid reasons. Highly disappointed and will be expecting a refund.

Probably the best massage ive ever had, and ive tried several types of massages in lots of locations. Jess was excellent, especially considering i went in for a massage to help with lower back pain - and it has helped significantly. Cannot recomend her enough!

I have been seeing Mel now for a number of years, and I live for my monthly visit her her beautiful room, which is a happy place for me. Mel's intuitive style of massage works on all the things that need a little firmness, as well as the relaxation that one always likes to associate with a massage. My husband pretty much the exact same experience as the review just before me!Booked an online appointment and got a confirmation email. Arrived and it appeared to be closed, no answer of phone calls but followed signs to back to find a dirty house with an old man asleep on the lounge. Very strange, would avoid!!!

After reaching out to Ellenbrook Essential therapies on behalf of my wife we got her in to try dry needling and remedial massage for some ongoing health complaints. The treatment was great and gave her relief right away.Following consultation was booked and then rescheduled with another therapist.Trouble began when Douglas moved a future appointment twice and did not communicate in time to confirm the second appointment, so my wife showed up to the appointment and no one was there.In summary the rescheduling and cancelling was unacceptable despite a good service.5/5 for the actual service1/5 for the client liason skills

He goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling 100% better then when you walk in.He has created such a warm and welcoming environment within his business where you are treated as part of the family.All the staff are phenomenal at what they do, they are trained in all different techniques so they can provide the perfect treatment plan for you.I recommend Doug and his clinic to everyone!
